Do not send CSV exports, merchant or customer records, passwords, API tokens or payment information. Support never needs access to your Shopify store.
What this free tool checks
StoreHealth looks for missing product names, descriptions and image links in your exported product file. It also suggests optional search information and product types to review. Extra rows for product versions and images are grouped into products.
Limitations
It checks the exported product file, not your live store. We can’t tell whether the file is up to date or contains every product. We check for readable descriptions, not writing quality or how detailed they are. Image links are counted, not opened. Sales, search rankings, stock and product-version completeness are not checked. Missing columns or conflicting information are not product problems; we show no score when those prevent a complete check.
Use one UTF-8 comma-delimited CSV, up to 20 MiB and 100,000 data rows. A Handle or URL handle column is required. XLSX, UTF-16, semicolon-separated files and merging exports are not supported.
