Your CSV stays on your device

StoreHealth reads and analyses the file inside your browser. The application does not upload CSV contents, product information, filenames or scan results to StoreHealth, Shopify, Google or Cloudflare. Image URLs are counted as references; the tool does not request those images. Reports are generated and downloaded locally.

File contents and results remain in browser memory while the page is open. Use Clear imported data or reload the page to clear them from the application. This does not delete your original file or downloaded reports. StoreHealth does not save product history in cookies or browser storage.

Visiting this website

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare handles connection information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. These ordinary web requests do not contain your locally selected CSV. Provider processing is separate from local catalogue analysis.

StoreHealth adds no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or account registration. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing.

Contacting support

If you email storehealthsupport@gmail.com, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use this to answer enquiries, handle privacy requests and maintain necessary correspondence. Google provides the mailbox under its privacy policy. Please do not send product CSVs, merchant/customer data, passwords, access tokens or payment information.

Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve the enquiry and any necessary follow-up or legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of correspondence by emailing the same address. Applicable rights and obligations depend on your location.
