How to Export from Shopify
- In your Shopify admin, open Products.
- Choose Export.
- Choose All products for a full catalogue, or Current page / Selected products for a smaller snapshot.
- Select a CSV format, then Export products. Shopify may email you a download link rather than download immediately.
- Save the original UTF-8 CSV without removing headers or changing variant/image row grouping.
- Open the StoreHealth checker, choose or drop the file, then select Scan My Store.
For large catalogues, export a smaller selection if the file exceeds 20 MiB or 100,000 data rows. Counts refer to products in that file, not necessarily the entire store.
Blank custom search titles and descriptions can be normal: Shopify can use the product title and description instead. StoreHealth treats these as optional suggestions.
StoreHealth only reads the file. It never changes products or imports anything into Shopify. Do not import StoreHealth’s diagnostic report into Shopify.
